Restaurant fajitas at ome
AMAZING dish. My fiancé and I both loved it. Served over dirty rice instead of spinach. Easy to prepare ahead of time and freezes well. Super easy to cook once thawed

One of our regular meals!
So easy and so flavorful. You can control the heat by using mild or hot salsa. And, we change ours up by serving on rice, in tortillas or in tortilla bowls.
