  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil; spritz with no-stick cooking spray.
  2. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Form into 15 meatballs and place on baking sheet.
  3. Bake until internal temperature reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 14-16 minutes.

Makes 3 (5 meatball) servings.
