Citrus Herb Vinaigrette

This recipe is so good and I don't even like citrus flavors! It's the best dressing ever! I'm always disappointed with salad dressing at restaurants. I always think that I should pack this up and bring it with me when I'm eating out.

I'm not generally a vinaigrette fan, but I made the Citrus Herb while doing the 14-Day Reset and it is absolutely delicious!! I loved it on my salad, with veggies and with hard boiled eggs. I will definitely be trying it as a marinate for meat and veggies. AWESOME!!!

I am so glad that the Citrus Herb is in the new Spring/Summer Catalog. This is my go to dressing for salads and it also makes a superb marinade for grilling chicken, steak, and veggies. It is healthy and easy to whip up fresh for salads, especially good when I have Magic Chicken to serve with it!
