After trying this recipe while doing the 14 day reset, it has become a regular in our house - we LOVE it! I usually cook in the oven with the marinade and serve it with the sauce over rice. DELICIOUS!!

Definitely need to marinate this overnight. A few hours are not enough. I also added WAY more curry powder than a tablespoon, but I do really like curry. I impressed my mother-in-law with this and the roasted cauliflower for dinner. I grilled mine on my in-door electric George Forman grill. I will be making this again this summer, it was so easy and flavorful.

My hubby and I first tried this summer of 2019 in the 14 day reset kit. We loved it then, and have made it several times since. We prefer the slow baked in the oven version. Absolute deliciousness! And this same recipe idea works great with chicken as well. Keto friendly too for all my fellow ketoers!
My husband and I were surprisingly and sadly disappointed in this recipe. It just tasted bland. We only marinated for 3 hours. But I don't think I'll try this recipe again
I am not a huge fan of curry and i adore this recipe. Each time i make it, i make sure to make another to put immediately into the freezer. If you think you dont like curry, put that thought aside and MAKE. THIS. RECIPE.

I used pork chops in this recipe. My husband grilled them slowly on the pellet grill and they turned out absolutely delicious! We will be making this recipe again.
