In small skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Carefully crack eggs into pan; sprinkle with Onion Onion Seasoning and a pinch of Seasoned Salt. Add 1 tablespoon water to the pan and cover. Cook about 1-2 minutes and remove from heat, leaving lid on the pan to keep warm. Set aside.
In small bowl, mash avocado with remaining ¼ teaspoon Seasoned Salt and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Set aside.
Toast bread; spread with cream cheese, then avocado mixture. Top with fried egg and black pepper. Serve immediately.
