Preheat grill to medium-high. Combine red cabbage and dressing in a large bowl; refrigerate until ready to use. Season fish and grill approximately 4-5 minutes a side or until fish flakes with a fork. Warm tortillas on grill. Fill tortillas with fish, cabbage mixture, tomatoes, cilantro and a drizzle of Jalapeño Lime Hot Sauce.
Tip: Fish may also be broiled in the oven.
