Herb-Crusted Chicken Strips Recipe

  • 1½ cups plain bread crumbs or corn flake crumbs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • ½ cup & 1-2 tablespoons Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce , divided
  • 1 cup sour cream

Preheat oven to 400°. Combine first 4 ingredients; set aside. Brush chicken with ½ cup wing sauce, roll in crumb mixture to coat. Place chicken strips on a greased, foil-lined baking sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes, turning chicken after 10 minutes. Combine 1-2 Tbsp. wing sauce with sour cream; serve on side as a dipping sauce. Makes 6 servings. Suggested sides: Sweet potato fries and fresh veggie sticks

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 9 Year Old APPROVED!!! We threw this together last night. I left the Garlic Parm Wing Sauce off four chicken strips for fear that it would be too spicy. The sauce added a nice twang to the chicken fingers. Not too spicy at all!! I added 2 Tbsp of Garlic Parm Wing Sauce to the sour cream - it was still spicy. I had to add additional Sour Cream to a couple of the servings. Either way - THIS IS A FAMILY FAVORITE!!!
