Preheat oven to 400°. Combine first 4 ingredients; set aside. Brush chicken with ½ cup wing sauce, roll in crumb mixture to coat. Place chicken strips on a greased, foil-lined baking sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes, turning chicken after 10 minutes. Combine 1-2 Tbsp. wing sauce with sour cream; serve on side as a dipping sauce. Makes 6 servings.
