- In large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, sauté pork until no longer pink, about 4-6 minutes.
- Stir in vegetables and Honey Teriyaki Sauce. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat; stir in pineapple.
Serve over white rice or angel hair pasta.
For a thicker sauce, whisk together 1 tablespoon cornstarch with 1 tablespoon water. Stir into stir-fry; simmer 1 minute.
