Place salmon fillets in a large resealable bag and pour in sauce; marinate 30-60 minutes in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 400°. Place fillets in a greased baking dish, discarding marinade. Season with freshly ground black pepper. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily. Top with a drizzle of additional sauce before serving. Makes 3-4 servings.
