Lemon-Kissed Cranberries Recipe
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup sugar
- 12 oz. bag fresh or frozen whole cranberries
- 2 tsp. lemon zest
- 2 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
Bring water and sugar to a boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in cranberries and return mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add Rhubarb Strawberry Fruit Spread, lemon zest and lemon juice. Cool completely before serving.
