This chicken is so flavorful - I batch cook it and then we use it on salads and in wraps & bowls. Super easy for quick lunch prep. It's not super spicy (at least not to me). I sometimes add less seasoning if I know I will be using it for kid meals or people who are sensitive to hot stuff.
