ingredients

  • 1 package Pumpkin Bread & Maple Glaze Mix
  • 1 cup + 1 tablespoon water, divided
  • 7 tablespoons butter, melted, divided
  • ½ (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup half & half
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare Pumpkin Bread & Maple Glaze Mix packet 1 according to package directions with 1 cup water and 6 tablespoons butter. Cool completely; cut into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a greased 8 x 8 or 9-inch casserole dish, layer bread cubes, cream cheese and raspberries.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, half & half and vanilla; pour evenly over bread cubes. Cover with foil; refrigerate 4 hours or up to overnight.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake, covered, 30 minutes; remove foil and continue baking 25-30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, for glaze, in small bowl, combine Pumpkin Bread & Maple Glaze Mix packet 2 with 1 tablespoon water and remaining 1 tablespoon melted butter. Drizzle over top before serving.
