  • 1 (10 once) package power blend superfood slaw mix
  • 2 sweet bell peppers (red, yellow and/or orange), thinly sliced
  • ½ cup 14 Day Reset dressing of choice


Note: This recipe uses one of the following 14-Day Reset recipes: Citrus Herb Vinaigrette, Creamy Balsamic Herb Dressing, Fresh Tomato Dressing or Orange Avocado Dressing.

  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Toss to coat. Salt and pepper as desired.
  3. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Makes 6 servings.
