I loved having these in the freezer for quick healthy lunches. I swapped out the current TS ingredients with 1T TS Seasoned Salt and 4T Chipotle Pulled Pork Slow Cooker Mix.

We all love this one! Even my kids love it. We had a friend over who was a vegetarian and she loved these. It makes a lot and my kids just grab them out of the freezer for an easy meal.
I was hesitant to make this for my family because I didn't think my kids would eat it. Boy was I wrong, they both wanted seconds! I was one happy momma knowing that they were putting good food into their bodies:)
These were great and super easy. I used a combo of black and pinto beans and fresh spinach from the garden. So easy to make how YOU like them. You can just eat the mixture plain without the tortillas too! Even my hubby loved them.
I put these together in just a few minutes. So tasty! I added black beans instead of the second can of pinto beans. The filling also makes a great lunch on its own.
I am a big meat lover and still decided to give this recipe a try. I don't care for cooked spinach so I subbed in mixed veggies. I can't see that I will be making this again anytime soon.
I made these and froze most of them - I planned on making them all into freezer meals, but had to try them out and they were FAB! So much flavor and I love that it is going to be easy to take out of the freezer for a simple meal!! I'm probably going to have to make these and have them ready in the freezer all the time.
The girls in the house rated it a 5 and off the charts! I think the boys couldn't get past the Quinoa... I don't think they'd even notice if I hadn't told them what was in it! Perfect for freezing and heating up at work. Added Cilantro for added flavor :-)
I did not expect to like this recipe, much less LOVE it! It's vegetarian, healthy, and...delicious!!
Move over hot pockets....this fresh, wholesome recipe has all the convenience of processed grocery store food, but is packed with flavor and healthy ingredients.
