Preheat oven to 425°. Combine bread mix, beer, mozzarella, 2 tablespoons seasoning and 1 tablespoon oil; stir to blend. Place dough on a greased baking sheet; shape into a round loaf about 1-inch thick. Top with a sprinkle of seasoning and drizzle with remaining oil. Bake 20-25 minutes or until browned. Makes 8-10 servings.
