Preheat oven to 425°. Combine bread mix, beer, mozzarella, 2 tablespoons seasoning and 1 tablespoon oil; stir to blend. Place dough on a greased baking sheet; shape into a round loaf about 1-inch thick. Top with a sprinkle of seasoning and drizzle with remaining oil. Bake 20-25 minutes or until browned. Makes 8-10 servings.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too much sugar, not for savory bread I usually bake from scratch and regularly make a sour dough rye. Yes, it has a little honey but I think this mix has way too much sugar for a savory bread. I got this in a gift basket and tried foccacia last night. Way too sweet for our tastes. We threw it away. The mix would be better if it didn't have sugar and you could add your own if you wanted a sweet bread.
