I made this in the crock pot for dinner. I came home and it was like waking into Grandma's house. I had a delicious dinner, my house smelled wonderful and I got more time to relax. I prepped it the night before and put the crock in the fridge. At 11:00 my son put the crock in and turned it on. Holey cow this is good stuff!!

Smells SO GOOD!
Less Cooking time on Low Heat and the beef comes out perfect! Stir halfway to break apart meat. Smells Amazing!

Way too dry
I followed the oven directions and cooked for less time than it called for but the meat was dry and hard, with not enough liquid left to make a sauce for the noodles. Flavor was good though.

Beef way too dry
I prepared dish according to the recipe and the flavor a were good but the stew meet was way over cooked and dry. I might try again but halve the cooking time.
