I use half the amount of seasoning because it is too spicy for me. It has a great flavor.

I add fresh and canned tomatos. One fresh tomato, onion and green pepper and one can of DeFratelli Seasoned Diced tomatos (28 oz). I half the amount of Simply Salsa mix called for as it is too spicy for me at full strength. It is the best flavoring I have found yet. My co-workers ask me to make it on a regular basis. I tell them what I use, but they want me to make it!

The simply salsa mix was very tasty. Had it on a lean turkey burger. Enjoyed the festive taste of Taco night

We love this blend. I use it often, I add it to taco seasoning to fire up our taco meat. I've also made Spanish/Mexican rice by adding this to my rice cooker with 1/2 V-8 and 1/2 water for the liquid to cook the rice and it's dyno-mite! Love the spicy in this blend!

First of all, this makes a great salsa! So easy to make. But, I like it in my scrambled eggs! Beat the eggs and add the Simply Salsa mix then let it sit a little to soften up the dried seasonings. Stir it up and then into a pan. Amazingly good! I also add a little to my guacamole. Great flavor! Be creative and see what you can do with this lovely blend of spices!

Whew! This stuff is a lot hotter than I expected. I do love how easy it is to mix with a can of diced tomatoes. And now that I know how hot it is, I'm more careful in how I eat it (probably a good idea to use half the amount, as another reviewer suggested, if you want a milder flavor). It's good, but I like a "fresher" flavor -- more like a pico de gallo -- that comes with refrigerated salsas.

Second fave after fiesta party mix. I use them both with other TS spices in my guacamole! Absolutely the best guacamole I ever made. (I found the recipe on TS website)

I love salsa, and was a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but this stuff is amazing. You just throw a 1/4 cup into a can of tomatoes and you are done. I am picky about my salsa too, and this taste like it was fresh made.

I made the salsa using the full amount and found it to be too spicy. The longer it is refrigerated the hotter it gets. The second batch was made with half the suggested amount. People at work liked it but it's a little too salty for me.
