Slow Cooker Lasagna

This is a keeper! My family loved it and it was very easy to make.

We loved this recipe! Neither of us like Ricotta or Cottage Cheese so I have never cooked with it. Decided to take a chance and make this recipe with the ricotta. Accidentally bought cottage cheese instead. I'll never make this recipe without one or the other again! We loved it and how moist the leftovers were because of the cheese!

I could not envision how lasagna in a slow cooker would turn out...boy was I surprised! This dish is AH-MAZING! One of our go-to's and a great way to enjoy a classic, hearty dish without heating up the whole kitchen for hours! Try it, you'll like it!

This was very easy. I took it to a church potluck and it was all gone when lunch was over.

I have always stayed away from lasagna made in the slow cooker, but I received a 9x13 slow cooker for Christmas last year and this recipe turned out great in it.

I wasn't sure I could actually make a lasagna in a slow cooker...I am now a believer! This was so good and super easy to make! My whole family loved it.

I have to make this meal at least twice a month, that's how much my family, especially the kids, love it! I always add a little more Mozzarella cheese because we like it cheesy, and I never make it without the Ricotta and Parmesan cheese. Quick and easy, everyone should try it at least once!!!

no precooking noodles, amazing flavor and easy to assemble!

This recipe was so easy and has great flavor. Using the slow cooker meant I didn't have to hang out around the oven while it baked. It's a keeper!
