    Worth the time to create

This was a great project to do with my kids! They loved it and we had an assembly line of rolling, dipping, and decorating. A couple of tips: I refrigerated the dough balls before dipping in the almond bark. I'd also recommend. Heating the bark in stages, as the ones that were dipped in the warmest, freshest bark were the smoothest. (The coating became lumpy as it cooled) Last, the unwrapped Reece's "minis" were a much better sized hat than the miniatures. Not only were these guys adorable, they're delicious. I've been swatting everyone away trying to save them for neighbor treats!

    Cute and delicious!

These do take some time, but they are worth it! The hardest part was coating the cake balls with the vanilla coating. Make sure to tap off all the excess coating that you can, and it helped to use half a toothpick to stack the cake balls. It was so fun to decorate their cute faces! Everyone loved them at my cookie exchange, and my family loved them too! When I finally let myself eat one (why was I surprised?), they were DELICIOUS! I love Absolutely Almond Pound Cake, and it was awesome with the coconut pecan frosting!
