    My assumption was WRONG

    When I looked at this recipe .... i will admit... i made a horrid face! These little gems are soo good! Think of them as sausage. They freeze well and I am LOVING this reset plan

    Great new breakfast

    Loved these! Lots of flavor! Made extras to freeze for quick breakfasts in the morning. Reheated well after freezing, maintained flavors. Will definitely make more to have on hand.

    Great breakfast option!

    I actually make this recipe into 6 sliders and freeze them. Then, I just thaw one or two out overnight and cook in our toaster oven in the morning.
