  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Unroll pizza dough; cut into 12 strips lengthwise, rolling each one into a rope shape. Flatten one end of each breadstick to create a head; taper the other end to create the tail.
  2. Place on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Carefully wrap each breadstick into a spiral around a greased metal skewer or chopstick. Brush with Roasted Garlic Infused Oil. Sprinkle with Rustic Herb Seasoning and poppy seeds.
  3. Using a paring knife, cut black olives into small triangles, and place on the head of each snake to create eyes. To add a tongue to each snake, cut and gently press a small strip of chili pepper onto the mouth.
  4. Bake 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 3 minutes before carefully removing skewers or chopsticks. Serve with warmed Mama Mia Marinara Sauce for dipping.
Makes 12 servings.
Tip: If you can’t find dried chili peppers at your local grocery store, substitute red pimiento instead.
