    Taco Tortilla Soup

    I made this for our Spring/Summer Party Palooza team event and it was amazing! The textures of the corn, meat and rotini made a wonderful combination with the flavors of the tortilla soup. I will make this again!

    This was beyond easy, I had everything I needed in the pantry and the flavors were amazing. My family loved it and I only had 1 pot to wash! So simple!

    Great Soup!

    This recipe is great. I tweaked it a little by adding black beans and substituting cauliflower rice for the pasta. I also made it without any meat and it’s just as good. I might try stew meat next time too.

    Love this recipe

    I like a thinker soup, so I added twice the amount of noodles and a whole can of corn. The flavor is great and makes a good amount. Great comfort food fix!

    Taco Tortilla Soup- perfect for cold weather

    Flavor is delicious! We used elbow macaroni instead of rotini (but used less than 2 cups) and I used corn with red/green bell peppers for more flavor. I had to add extra water next day when eating up for lunch as a lot of the liquid was absorbed by the noodles. I also added in some Wahoo Chili Seasoning - and I think I would add this in to the whole pot as it's cooking for a kick!
