Place pork chops in a gallon resealable freezer bag. Combine the rest of the ingredients except peaches in a quart size resealable freezer bag, place inside the gallon bag; freeze. Thaw completely. On a large baking sheet, place chops and coat each side with sauce mixture. Grill on medium heat until tender, basting with sauce. If desired, thicken sauce with 1 Tbsp. cornstarch and 1-2 tsp. water, stir into sauce and heat to thicken. During the last few minutes of grilling top each chop with peach slices, right before serving, drizzle with more sauce. Makes about 6 servings.
Tip: Chops can also be baked covered in a 350° oven for 60-75 minutes until tender.
