Rated 4 out of 5 by from Flavorful I used mini cucumbers instead because that's what I had on hand. I used 4 mini cukes instead of more to equal the larger zucchinis. And only one tsp. Ultimate steak seasoning instead of 2 as the recipe calls for. Reminds me of fried pickles.
