- In large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté bacon until crispy; remove bacon to clean paper towels. Remove all but about 2-3 tablespoons drippings.
- Add zoodles and 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt to skillet with remaining bacon drippings. Sauté until crisp-tender, about 3-5 minutes. Drain off liquid.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over low heat, whisk together remaining ingredients and 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt. Gently cook, whisking frequently, until sauce has thickened slightly, about 8-10 minutes. Making sure to heat slowly as not to scramble the eggs, but thicken the sauce.
- Add bacon to zoodles and toss with sauce. Serve immediately.
Makes 6 servings.
