2009 National Conference Meatloaf

This is a family favorite and everyone comes over when I’m making it. I make it with 2lbs ground beef and 1lb hot turkey sausage in a Bundt pan. I flip it on to a cookie sheet once set to finish cooking and drizzle the sauce over it. Instead of onion onion, I use 2T minced onions, 2T dried chives and 1T red pepper flakes. I tried the onion onion after using my made up seasoning and the family prefers it without onion onion. I don’t like meatloaf, but love this! Thank you for the fabulous recipe.

I’ve been making this meatloaf for over a decade and even though I have tried other recipes, this is the one that my family always wants me to make. The only changes I have made is that I use Makin’ Magic Seasoning instead of Onion Onion and I have eliminated the ketchup. I bake it at 375 for an hour an immediately remove it from the loaf pan to avoid it getting soggy.

After our first taste of this meatloaf we've added it to our family reunion/covered dish go-to list!!

My husband does not like meatloaf must be because I haven't found a good recipe. I made this meatloaf with ground turkey and bread crumbs and it was amazing! He loves it - me too! Will be making quite often!

This meatloaf is made differently than previous recipes I've used, but my family and I LOVED it! The sauce tasted great and all of the flavors mixed together very nicely!

I try all different recipes, but my kids always ask, "Mom, is this 'the good' meatloaf??" Been making it ever since smelling it made at National Conference. It is my GO TO meatloaf recipe that I always take when gifting a meal to someone.

Absolutely the best meatloaf recipe & so easy. Made with ground turkey instead of beef and couldn't tell the difference. Husband went back for 3rds.
