Artichoke and Spinach Pasta Recipe

Also makes a great soup or stew by stirring in your favorite veggies during the last 30 minutes of cook time!

  • 1½ pounds boneless skinless turkey or chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup water, optional
  • 1 (12-16 ounce) box tri-colored pasta, prepared

Combine first 4 ingredients in a gallon resealable freezer bag; freeze. Thaw completely; place in a greased slow cooker. Cover, cook on low for 2½-3 hours or until tender. Add water if needed. Spoon mixture over prepared pasta. Makes about 6 servings. Tip: If you want the sauce thicker, stir together 1-2 Tbsp. corn starch with 1 Tbsp. water and add during the last 5 minutes of cook time. Instead of the slow cooker, I sauteed the chicken in a skillet with a little Onion Onion and Spinach & Herb mix. I couldn't make the short slow cooker time with work my schedule. After the chicken was cooked through, I added the Spinach Artichoke Dip Mix, the can of soup, 2 oz. of cream cheese and a cup of shredded Swiss cheese.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yummo!! I made this in my crockpot. I added cornstarch, at the end, and then stirred in some cooked egg noodles, instead of the tri-colored pasta. Absolutely delicious!! I will definitely make this dish again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great stuff I took this recipe with the soup but also added a few other ingredients from a few other recipes here, added to this recipe the Swiss cheese and a 8oz. Bar of cream cheese and sour cream. Even sauté onion. Such a versatile dip. Husband loves it I just have to keep it as a treat so he won't take it for granted.
