  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions; rinse with cold water.
  2. Meanwhile, in large bowl, whisk together next 5 ingredients.
  3. Add pasta and remaining ingredients. Toss to coat. Salt and pepper as desired.

Makes 6-8 servings.

Make Ahead: Prepare through step 3 up to 1 day ahead. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great change up to traditional pasta salad! Made this for a picnic party and it was a big hit, even among the littles. I left out the tomatoes as I am not a fan. I had rainbow rotini in my pantry so I used that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simply the Best Ever Oh My! The flavor of this salad was great. Used frozen artichokes instead of canned. Made one mistake, I cut the recipe in half, as there are only 2 of us. But the hubby, who is a fussy eater wanted more....more please.
