Artichoke and spinach quiche is just delicious. I love that it is so easy to prepare and uses so few ingredients.

My Kids Loved It
I tried this recipe a few days ago & not only was it easy, but both my kids & my husband loved it! We ate almost the entire quiche in one sitting! Definitely one to put in my "go to" recipes.

easy and delicious!
Was able to put this recipe together in minutes, pop it into the oven and get the rest of lunch ready while it was cooking! Whole family loved it!

Great as is or lightened up
I've made this a few times - both as is and lightened up without the bacon. Of course - everything is better with bacon - according to my husband - but for me I liked it both ways. The bacon added too much salt for me anyway. My mom tried this with a different cheese for a brunch and it was delicious too! I think she used mozzerella but not sure

Super Easy Excellent Quiche!
My family LOVED it! It was so easy to make and SO GOOD! I made extras to freeze for later. I also took one to a party and it was gone in seconds! Everyone raved.
