Loved this. Had no dinner plan at 4:30 and had to be out of the house by 5:15. This worked great! Loved the unique addition of cucumbers!

Tasty, but a little sweet
Felt like these needed more spice to be tacos. Liked the combination of suggested toppings - it was a nice change from the usual lettuce, tomato and taco cheese - and the meat was really good, but my husband wanted more spice!
