Preheat oven to 350°. Beat first 2 ingredients; blend in eggs. Remove 1 cup of mixture; add fruit spread or jam and coloring, stir until well blended. Pour into crust; cover with the remaining mixture. Bake 35-38 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Just before serving, top with whipped topping and berries. Makes about 8 servings.
