  • 2 cups dark, leafy greens (such as power greens blend)
  • 2 cups chopped raw veggies (such as broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery)
  • Choose 1 protein:
  • • 3-4 ounces leftover chicken, beef, pork, fish or shrimp
  • • 6 ounces canned tuna in water
  • • 6 ounces shrimp
  • • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • Serve with 2 tablespoons 14-Day Reset salad dressing of choice
  • • Citrus Herb Vinaigrette
  • • Fresh Tomato Dressing
  • • Orange Avocado Dressing
