Preheat oven to 375°. Combine first 2 ingredients and 2 Tbsp. Vanilla Bean Chai Drink Mix in a bowl; stir for 20-30 seconds. Spread batter into a greased 9 x 5 loaf pan. Pour melted butter on top. Bake 50-55 minutes until loaf is golden brown. Cool. Cut into 12 slices; cut slices into 1-inch cubes. Arrange ½ of the bread cubes in a greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Spread cream cheese cubes and blackberries over the bread cubes. Top with remaining bread cubes. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, half & half and 2 Tbsp. Vanilla Bean Chai Drink Mix; pour over bread cubes. Cover with foil; refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350°. Bake covered with foil for 30 minutes; uncover and bake for another 25-30 minutes or until fluffy and golden. Serve with Blackberry Syrup.
Tips: Bountiful Beer Bread can be made a day ahead. Substitute blueberries for the blackberries. Use 2 cups of milk and omit the half & half.
