Preheat oven to 350°F.
Start by cutting your buns in half. Try to leave the buns connected together and simply cut the tops off.
In a greased 8 x 8 baking pan, lay down the bottom half of the buns. Spread about ½ cup Brown Sugar Honey Mustard. Next, cover with ham and then cheese slices. Place the top of the buns back on top.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine Avocado Oil and reserved 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar Honey Mustard; mix. You may need to warm slightly in the microwave to make it easier to combine and spread. Brush over the tops of the buns. Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted. Serve warm with additional Brown Sugar Honey Mustard for dipping. Makes 12 sliders.
