Grill burgers, turning once, until internal temperature reaches 165°, about 15-20 minutes. Top with cheese and serve on buns. Makes 6 servings.

Freeze for later: Combine first 5 ingredients. Form into 6 patties and place between waxed paper in a gallon resealable freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Grill as directed above.
