Husband ate it and went back for seconds!
Went over well. My daughter doesn't like broccoli, but ate the whole plate full. Kevin went back for seconds. All-in-all I would call it a success. I substituted penne pasta for the bow-tie pasta as I didn't have any in the cupboard.

Very easy
This dish was perfect for all the picky eaters here. We added some fresh green beans and fresh peas with a little shredded cheese leftover from taco night. Thumbs up!
