Chicken Tortilla Soup

Delicious, easy and just like that restaurant Chicken Tortilla Soup you love. Plus- good for you too!

My boyfriend and I had this this evening. I had the recipe from ordering the 30 meal kit. IT. WAS. DELICIOUS! And so easy to make. We had left overs that I am taking tomorrow to work for lunch. A co-worker said she wanted the recipe and I will definitely be sharing!

This soup is a snap to make -- especially if you have Magic Chicken made! I always make it on the stove top - and it's ready in about 15 minutes! We skip adding the tortillas & top with Nacho Cheese Doritos, sour cream and shredded cheddar! LOVE it! I've made it many times since I discovered the recipe about a month ago!

I am a huge fan of chicken tortilla soup and this one did not disappoint! I will definitely be making it again to freeze in single portions to have as quick and easy lunches!

Amazingly easy and yummy! I had two bowls for dinner last night, and two bowls for lunch today! LOL! I'm just trying to figure out how many more jars of Corn, Black Bean I'm ordering... This would be great for company or taking a meal to someone. I loved having it prepped as a freezer meal, because it left almost no dishes to wash, just the slow cooker! I love the lime flavor in here! My son had a second serving also.

Loved this recipe! A little bit of a kick to it (I used the poblano pepper) but not too spicy. I modified a little by using 2 c of pre-cooked shredded "magic chicken" I had in the freezer instead of cooking the chicken along with the soup. I added it in after all the other ingredients were in the slow cooker about 5 hours and let it cook long enough for the chicken to heat up. We topped it with crushed tortilla chips instead of adding the corn tortillas. I would make this again!

This recipe was souper easy to put together. My family liked the bit of heat it had.

I used the slow cooker and wow did the whole house smell good! It's a great soup for a cold night and so easy to make. My husband had 3 bowls!! I had to stop him so we could freeze enough for another meal. This makes up for losing the prepared easy chicken tortilla soup mix. s

This recipe is incredible and the only thing better is how easy it is to make!! Lots of flavor and so simple!
