Chocolate Dulce de Leche Cupcakes Recipe

  • 1 cup water
  • ¾ cup (1½ sticks) melted butter
  • Dulce de Leche Cheese Ball Mix
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 8 oz. frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/3 cup Sea Salt Fudge Sauce , warmed

Preheat oven to 325°. Prepare Classy Chocolate Pound Cake Mix according to package directions. Transfer to a greased muffin pan. Bake 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely.

Beat Dulce de Leche Cheese Ball Mix Packet 1 and cream cheese in a large bowl until well combined and light and fluffy. Add whipped topping and continue mixing until well combined.

Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled cupcakes. Drizzle with warmed Sea Salt Fudge Sauce and sprinkle with desired amount of cheese ball Packet 2. Refrigerate several hours or until firm. Makes 12 servings.
