ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked and diced chicken or turkey
  • ½ (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons Wahoo Chili Seasoning
  • 1½ cups Mexican blend shredded cheese, divided
  • 6 - 8 burrito-size flour tortillas
  • 1 (10 ounce) can enchilada sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. In large bowl combine first 4 ingredients and 1 cup shredded cheese.
  2. Divide mixture among tortillas and roll up. Place, seam-side-down, in a greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Drizzle with enchilada sauce and sprinkle with remaining ½ cup shredded cheese.
  3. Bake, covered, 25 minutes. Uncover and continue baking 5 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
