Corn, Black Bean Layered Dip Recipe
This version is good because the chunky salsa makes the dip look especially appealing, and the black beans add texture.
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- No bake/cook
Combine first 2 ingredients; chill 2 hours. Spread prepared dip on serving platter. Layer next 4 ingredients in order listed; serve with Blue Aztec Chips. Makes 8-10 servings.
