Preheat oven to 350°. Place 1/3 of the potatoes in a greased 9 x 13 baking pan. In large bowl, blend remaining ingredients. Pour 1/3 of cheese mixture over potatoes; repeat layers. Cover with foil; bake 1½ - 1¾ hours or until potatoes are fork tender. Remove from oven; allow to rest, covered, for 30 minutes before serving.
