Creamy Asiago Alfredo Potatoes Recipe

  • 5 lbs. russet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 packets Asiago Alfredo Warm Dip Mix
  • 2½ cups heavy cream
  • 3 cups shredded Asiago & Parmesan cheese blend
  • 1-2 tsp. pepper
  • 1-2 tsp. salt (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°. Place 1/3 of the potatoes in a greased 9 x 13 baking pan. In large bowl, blend remaining ingredients. Pour 1/3 of cheese mixture over potatoes; repeat layers. Cover with foil; bake 1½ - 1¾ hours or until potatoes are fork tender. Remove from oven; allow to rest, covered, for 30 minutes before serving.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delicious and generous servings Made this today for Christmas dinner. Was put together fast..... use your mandolin, if you have one, to slice the potatoes. Put a cookie sheet in the oven on the rack below to catch drippings..... this recipe completely fills a 9x13 pan. Everyone loved this dish and I saw many go back for a second serving.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Creamy Asiago Alfredo Potatoes This is a recipe I'll be making often. After tasting them at conference, I knew my husband would love them as much as I did. I followed the recipe, except I didn't have asiago cheese & substituted mozzarella cheese instead and I put some thick slices of ham between the layers of potatoes. To make a perfect meal I added a salad. I can't imagine someone not liking this!
