Had a hostess create this dish to show that Creamy Wild Rice Soup can be more than...just soup. Now I'm making it for Christmas Brunch! Can't wait to share this amazing recipe with my family!

    Great for Brunch

I made this for an office breakfast and it was devoured in less than 10 minutes! Everyone was raving about it, and disappointed that I only made one 9x13 pan for them. This is definitely in my recipe box to make again and again - you can't go wrong with this incredible soup mix!

    Wild Rice Egg Bake

I would have never thought to combine eggs with wild rice, but it works great together. The rice makes almost a gravy like texture that goes great with the eggs. We had this for dinner last night with leftovers for breakfast. I will definitely make it again!

Super Delicious Creamy Wild Rice Egg Bake

Made this recipe for a party and it was a huge hit! Best part is you do all the prep work the day before and put it in the fridge overnight. Bake 1 hour prior and let set for about 15 min the flavor is AMAZING! The egg bake even at room temp is good!

Sounds bizarre, but it's THE BOMB!

Everyone I've served this to over the years (and that has been quite a few people) LOVE it! Don't be deceived by the first glance, it might look like tomatoes on top, but it is not. Rich and creamy scrambled eggs, topped with reduced Creamy Wild Rice Soup, with bacon and cheese on top. If you like the Soup and you like egg bakes, you'll love this!
