  • Tropical Pound Cake Mix
  • ½ cup (1 stick) melted butter
  • 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. softened cream cheese
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 5 eggs, slightly beaten
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 pkt. Orange Dreamsicle™ Cheese Ball Mix
  • Mandarin oranges , if desired

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first 3 ingredients. Press into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 8 minutes; remove from oven. Beat cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until combined. Gradually beat in eggs, milk and vanilla. Reserve 1 cup mixture in a separate bowl, and combine with cheese ball mix. Pour plain cream cheese mixture over crust, spreading evenly. Drizzle orange mixture over the top; gently swirl with a knife or toothpick to create a marbled effect. Bake 30-35 minutes or until set. Cool slightly; cover and chill until served. Garnish with orange slices if desired. Makes 16 servings.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Recipe correction I have these in the oven at the moment, and hoping for a great result since they're for a family cookout tomorrow.....I agree that the recipe should be corrected since it does say mix the first 3 ingredients, and the pound cake does not look like one of the first 3 ingredients.....I feel bad that someone ruined the batter, after spending the money for them.....the product is not inexpensive by any means.....

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Please fix the instructions for this recipe Recipe says to combine first three ingredients which are butter, coconut and cream cheese and to press into the pan. Next step says combine the cream cheese and sugar.... I should have read through the whole recipe but it says it was tested in the TS kitchen. So now I have a bowl of butter, coconut and cream cheese.
