Dulce de Leche Caramel Cheesecake Recipe
- 6 Tbsp. (¾ stick) melted butter
- 1 egg
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 8 oz. non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine Cinnamon Muffin Melt Mix™, butter and egg. Press mixture into an even layer in a greased, 9-inch round springform pan. Bake 11-12 minutes. Cool.
Combine Dulce de Leche Cheese Ball Mix and cream cheese in a medium bowl. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into the springform pan and chill overnight. Before serving, remove from pan and drizzle with Creamy Caramel Sauce. Makes 12 servings.
