I never have 1 1/2 lbs of beef, so I used my 1lb beef and added 1/2 cup cooked quinoa and it was EXCELLENT! Same cook time and ingredients except I used a tsp of Onion Onion instead of real onion.
I followed the recipe, except I felt lazy so I used 11/2 tsps Onion Onion instead of the chopped onion. I served these over saffron rice - we all 4 LOVED!

These meatballs were awesome! Seasoned perfectly. I made them as appetizers and they were perfect for that.
My friend made these and I couldn't eat enough. Will be on my meal plan often
