Made this recipe at a freezer meal party and decided to try them out on a busy and rainy Sunday. Oh my goodness! The meat was so tender and flavorful and the au jus topped off the whole meal. Be sure to toast the buns first. I toasted ours with some butter in the broiler on low. Placed the meat and cheese on the bum and briefly stuck back in the broiler. This is a winner!
