Key Lime Cheesecake Recipe

This delicious cheesecake is made with one of our favorite products, the Key Lime Cheese Ball Mix.

  • 6 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package Key Lime Cheese Ball Mix LTO (2 packets)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 drops green food coloring
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine first 7 ingredients. Using and electric mixer, mix on medium until smooth; set aside.
  2. In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Press into a greased 10-inch springform pan. Spread filling over crust.
  3. Bake 30 minutes. Turn off oven and leave cake in oven 1 hour. Remove from oven. Cool to room temperature then refrigerate several hours.

Makes 14-16 servings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Flavorable and Yummy! The directions should state next 6 ingredients after the Key Lime Cheese Ball. But, it was so good and rich. Will be making this again soon! We used the Twisty Grahams to make the crust. It tasted like Caramel. Very Enjoyable!!!
