Key Lime Kiwi Tart Recipe

  • ½ (15 ounce) package refrigetated pie crust dough (1 crust)
  • 1 ( 8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet Key Lime Cheese Ball Mix LTO
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
  • Kiwi fruit, peeled and diced or sliced

  1. Prepare pie crust according to package directions for a single crust pie in a 10-inch tart pan or 9-inch pie plate. Cool completely.
  2. In large bowl, combine cream cheese and Key Lime Cheese Ball Mix; using an electric mixer, mix until well combined, light and fluffy. Mix in whipped topping.
  3. Spread into cooled crust. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Garnish with kiwi before serving.

Makes 8-10 servings.

My Dad thought I made it from scratch and asked me what all I used to make it. A packet, 8 oz cream cheese and 8 oz cool whip plus refrigerated pie dough! He didn't believe me! Needless to say it was devoured and will be making it again for Christmas!
