We've made Apple Cake several times now, for dessert. Most recently, it was a hit on New Years' Day, it was a hit dessert with a large crowd of people, both young and older. It is so easy to make and goes such a long way. We have found that we enjoy it more when we make it with applesauce rather than apples, it seels to be mister in my opinion. This is a product I'm not often without!

This cake is easy and soooo delicious. I make it whenever I have a pot luck supper to go to or if I visit friends or relatives and they ask for a dessert. I have not had anyone say they didn't love it.

My husband has made this twice and it's been a hit both times. He said it's a little hard to mix because there is very little moisture in the batter but well worth the tiny bit of extra effort it took.
