I CHEAT!
I have been making home-made apple cakes for years. However, one year I bought and made this cake. My husband absolutely when nuts over it! To think all those years I was spending hours adding and mixing flour, sugar, butter, eggs, brown sugar, baking soda, etc., etc., in order to make a delicious apple cake for my family. Now I let them think I slaved over the stove all day, but this literally takes me 10 minutes to make and get in the oven! This year my husband was asking for apple cake and I had not yet placed my order with my consultant. I panicked and called her to order a couple of boxes! They came in two days! Whew! Love it.
